CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Shawn T. O'Brien, 43, of East Amherst for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 9:30 a.m. Thursday on Main Street.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged John W. Santarsiero, 36, of Nedrow with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday on Barnhart Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Julie A. Rusaw, 28, of Norfolk for a stop sign violation at 9:55 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Grove Street and Ridgewood Avenue.
