Potsdam businessman Hank Robar spruces up his Market Street lot with Easter eggs and other holiday decorations Tuesday. Mr. Robar said he was taking advantage of the warm weather to improve the appearance of his property. Village officials want Mr. Robar to remove the old commodes from his property, citing safety concerns. Mr. Robar  says the display represents his right to free speech and artistic expresson.
