Laurice E. Otakie, 87, passed away Tuesday evening at the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home where she had resided since July 1, 2004.
Mrs. Otakie, widow of Edward J. Otakie, retired from the Jefferson Co. Dept. of Social Services after 23 years of service.
The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday 1 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church. Calling hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
