OGDENSBURG - Betty Livingston, 75, of the town of Oswegatchie, died Wednesday (Sept. 1, 2010) at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
Allen-Nichols Funeral Home in Ogdensburg is in charge of arrangements.
