Robert S. Ruggles

NORWOOD - Funeral services for Robert S. Ruggles, 52, of 6 Morgan St., will be held Friday at 8 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Lee Sweeney presiding.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 p.m. until the time of the funeral.

Mr. Ruggles passed away early Wednesday morning at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

Robert is survived by his wife, Stacy Sessions Ruggles, Norwood; his two stepdaughters, Georgia and Jaden Sessions, Norwood; his brother, Stephen and Dawn Ruggles, Lake George; and his two sisters, Judith and Steven Ferradino, Malta and Cheryl and Bruce Corey of Connecticut.

Born in Glens Falls on Nov. 11, 1957 to Robert L. and Barbara Tupper Ruggles, he married Stacy Sessions on Sept. 30, 2006. He was a counselor for North Country Freedom Home in Canton, N.Y. He was a member of AA for 12 years and loved the outdoors very much.
