Jamie K. Shaver II, 23, of 201 Cedar St., was charged by city police on Saturday at 4:05 p.m. in the 500 block of Deviller Street, on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of open container. According to city police, he was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court on Thursday.

City police reported a two-car accident with property damage on Saturday at 2:13 p.m. at Walmart, 3000 Ford Street Extension, involving vehicles driven by Ruth A. Kelly, 58, of 4043 state Highway 812, Rensselaer Falls, and Amr M. Mohammed, 35, of Gloucester, Ontario, Canada. No injuries or charges were resulted.

Joseph M. Hutchison, 26, of 206 Elizabeth St., was charged by city police on Saturday at 10:03 a.m. at the intersection of Ford and Elizabeth streets, on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear on a prior charge of disorderly conduct. City police say he was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance.

Stacey M. Barney, 36, of 721 Ford St., was ticketed by city police on Friday at 5:26 p.m. at the intersection of Commerce Street and the Downtown Arterial, for failure to stop at a stop sign. City police say the charge is returnable Thursday in city court.

City police reported a two-car accident with property damage on Friday at 5:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of the Ford Street Extension, involving vehicles driven by Marilyn A. Skipka, 47, of 929 county Route 4, and Tammy A. Wallace, 32, of 210 Denny St. No charges or injuries were reported.

Bleau, 19, of 628 Elizabeth St., was ticketed by city police on Friday at 4:02 p.m. at the intersection of Morris and Montgomery streets, for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. City police say the charge stems from a two-car accident with property damage that also involved a vehicle driven by Geraldine L. Perry, 66, of 1023 Washington St., and is returnable Thursday in city court.

Randi L. Skidds, 23, of 219 Denny St., was charged by city police on Friday at 12:11 p.m. at 217 Denny St., on a city court arrest warrant for disorderly conduct. City police say she was released on an appearance ticket returnable in city court on Thursday.

Alonzo J. Ellison, 23, of 5 State St., Canton, was charged by city police on Friday at 10:46 a.m. in city court, for third-degree burglary and petit larceny. City police say he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation, but held on a violation of drug court conditions. He was transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton.

A Madison Avenue man reported to city police on Friday at 7:31 a.m., that items had been taken from his vehicle overnight at his residence.

A Clark Street woman reported to city police on Friday at 12:22 a.m., that her parked vehicle had been struck and damaged by another vehicle at 933 Ford St. The other vehicle reportedly left the scene.

Louise M. Bartlett, 48, of 10122 state Highway 37, was ticketed by city police on Thursday at 6:10 p.m. on state Highway 37, for an inadequate headlight and unlicensed operator. According to city police, both charges are returnable Thursday in city court.

Keith H. Bjork, 44, of 1409 Ford St., Apt. 3, was charged at his residence by city police on Thursday at 4:12 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for petit larceny.
City police say he was arraigned in city court and released under the supervision of probation.

Foster, 58, of 847 county Route 28, was charged by city police on Thursday at 3:49 p.m. in the 600 block of Washington Street, for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way at a left turn. According to city police, she was released on an appearance ticket returnable Thursday in city court.

Two hit-and-run accidents were reported by city police on Thursday - one at 3:40 p.m. at Walmart, involving a vehicle owned by Frank E. Sampson, 40, of 810 South Water St., the second at 2:58 p.m. at Aldi's, involving a vehicle owned by Sharon L. Lottie, 63, of 66 Monkey Hill Road.

Justin J. Overton, 31, of 1705 1/2 Greene St., was issued two city summons' by city police on Thursday at 12:34 p.m. at the intersection of Greene and Irvin streets, both for dog at large.
City police say the charges stem from reports of two pit bulls coming into a yard and attacking another dog. One of the pit bulls was shot and killed, according to city police.

Douglas S. Foster, 54, of 408 Centennial Terrace, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 p.m. for second-degree criminal contempt.
Ogdensburg police said the charge stemmed from a domestic incident. He was arraigned Thursday before Special City Judge William R. Small, pleaded not guilty, was released and is due back in city court on Nov. 30.
