RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michael R. Crowner, 22, of Hammond for illegally passing a red light following a traffic stop at 9:39 a.m. Friday near the Grove Street and Route 37 intersection.
STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed William M. Sears, 62, of Hogansburg for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 8:09 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Ridgewood Avenue and Grove Street.
INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michael J. Peters, 55, of Cornwall Island, Ont., for operating a vehicle with an inadequate headlight following a traffic stop at 8:46 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37.
SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jese L. Jandreau, 21, of state Route 56, Norfolk, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 7:33 p.m. Thursday on the South Raquette River Road.
COUNTY COURT WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Christopher J. Kocienski, 38, of 1859 state Route 420, Massena, on a county court bench warrant for an alleged violation of probation. Details of the alleged violation were unavailable. Kocienski was transported by St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending an appearance in county court.
DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Allen F. Jerabeck, 21, of Skaneateles with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for unsafe backing after patrols observed a vehicle stuck on an embankment on the side of a driveway behind 24 Main St. and next to Union Street at 2:40 a.m. Friday. Jerabeck reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent.
