FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Sandra K. Hallada, 64, of Potsdam for failure to yield the right of way when entering roadway following a property damage accident at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday on Market Street near Sandstone Drive.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jesse A. Rutty, 26, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with an expired registration following a traffic stop at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday on Maple Street.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - NORWOOD - Massena-based state police charged Gregory W. Walsh, 34, of Norwood with second-degree criminal contempt at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday following a domestic dispute in the village of Norwood.

AGGRAVATED DWI - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department deputies charged Dustin S. Grape, 28, of 386 Hunter Road, Waddington, with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington. Grape was also ticketed for operation of a vehicle with switched plates, operation of a vehicle with an inadequate muffler, operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, the threshold for upgrading a driving while intoxicated count to aggravated DWI.
