PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Nicholas A. Alexander, 19, of Malone with public urination at 1:05 a.m. Saturday. He was observed urinating in the Community Bank parking lot, police said.

12:56 p.m. Caller reports his jacket and keys are missing after being in a local bar downtown last evening.
1:56 p.m. Patrol dispatched to the Potsdam High School to check on a suspicious vehicle.
5:08 p.m. Patrol dispatched to check on a complaint of motorcycles being operated in the Sisson Street area, including one without headlamps.
6:07 p.m. Traffic stop made on Market Street resulted in a verbal warning to the motorist for cell phone use with no hands free device.
