PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Nicholas A. Alexander, 19, of Malone with public urination at 1:05 a.m. Saturday. He was observed urinating in the Community Bank parking lot, police said.

11:49 a.m. Patrols dispatched to a property damage two car accident on Main Street. Kirstin L. Teall, 22, of Victor was ticketed for following too closely after she rear ended a vehicle being operated by Sam Stone of Potsdam, who had stopped for a pedestrian in the crosswalk.

12:56 p.m. Caller reports his jacket and keys are missing after being in a local bar downtown last evening.

1:56 p.m. Patrol dispatched to the Potsdam High School to check on a suspicious vehicle.

5:08 p.m. Patrol dispatched to check on a complaint of motorcycles being operated in the Sisson Street area, including one without headlamps.

6:07 p.m. Traffic stop made on Market Street resulted in a verbal warning to the motorist for cell phone use with no hands free device.

7:02 p.m. Meagan M. Hanley, 19 of Massena was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.

9:54p.m. Mental health incident at Debra Drive.

10:28pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

10:50pm Intoxicated subject on Cedar Street.
