UNDERAGE POSSESSION ALCOHOL - POTSDAM - Village police charged James Howden, 29, a Clarkson University student, with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 years of age after police responded to a report of an intoxicated male walking on Sandstone Drive at 3:05 p.m. Sunday. He was provided with a courtesy transport to his residence.

01:36am Patrols requested to respond to CPH emergency department for a disorderly subject.

02:24am Patrols assisted an intoxicated subject get a ride home from Market Street.

02:30am Received report of a missing dog. Dog was later located.

04:23am Patrols requested to assist Clarkson Security with a disorderly student.

05:37am Patrols requested to respond to CPH detox for a disorderly subject.

07:15am Patrols requested to respond to CPH detox for disorderly subject.

2:00pm Resident reports eggs were thrown at his residence.

2:26pm Received report of a lost purse.

2:33pm I-pod found and turned in to station. Owner notified.

2:35pm Patrol dispatched to parking complaint. ;ehicle blocking fire hydrant. Parking ticket issued.

3:05pm Patrols dispatched to check on an intoxicated male walking in the roadway on Sandstone Drive. James T. Howden, 20, a Clarkson University student, was ticketed for unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 years of age and provided with a courtesy transport to his residence.

4:00pm Dispatcher notarized a St. Lawrence County Family Court affidavit of service for subject who completed service of a summons.

5:32pm Received report of a lost iPhone in the downtown to Bay Street area.

5:48pm Patrol located an open door and secured same.

6:16pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

8:46pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

9:06pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

9:32pm Patrols responded to a noise complaint.

9:52pm Traffic stop on Market Street.

9:52pm Received report of an intoxicated subject in a residence that was out of control and refusing to leave. Patrols dispatched.

10:32pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.
