GOUVERNEUR- Celia A. McAllister, 94, of Gouverneur, passed away on Sunday evening, February 5, 2012 at E.J. Noble Hospital.
Calling hours will be at French Funeral Home, Gouverneur on Wednesday, February 8th from 1:00-3:00 and 6:00-8:00pm. Her funeral mass will be at St. James Catholic Church, Gouverneur on Thursday, February 9th at 11:00am with Father Stephen Rocker officiating. Burial will be at Old St. James Cemetery in the Spring.
