ALEXANDRIA BAY — Patricia A. Conti, 52, of 24 Walton St., was accused by state police Tuesday of running up an $82 charge on a gasoline credit card that was stolen in a burglary.

She is summoned to town of Alexandria Court to face charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree identity theft.

Police said the card was used on May 30, the same day it was reported stolen in a burglary at R.C. Congel Auto and Boats North, Route 12.
