What the St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators Did

Established appropriation and revenue accounts within the St. Lawrence County budget for a records management grant.

Authorized the Department of Social Services to abolish a foster care/preventive caseworkers position and create a child protective caseworker position.

Authorized the chair to accept the funds for the Community Solutions for Transportation program and modified the 2012 Social Services budget.

Authorized the phasing in of CSEA Unit 8427 retirees’s contributions for single coverage health insurance.

Authorized the chair to sign an agreement for the lease purchase of MUNIS Software Solutions from Tyler Technologies.

Authorized the chair to sign the associated state contract and the filing of an application for a state grant-in-aid for a municipal waste reduction and/or recycling project.
