OBPA Names Morrill Deputy Director, CFO

OGDENSBURG - The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority announced that it has appointed Mr. Frederick S. Morrill, C.M.A. as Deputy Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Authority effective Feb. 15, 2012.

Mr. Morrill joined the Authority on March 28, 2011as its Chief Financial Officer bringing extensive financial experience from both private and public companies, including Newton Falls Fine Paper Company LLC, St. Lawrence Zinc, Corning Canton Plant, SUNY Canton College Association and Hoosier Magnetics. Mr. Morrill possesses extensive financial management and analysis experience. He received his BS degree from Clarkson University and is a Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.).
