DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Bradley E. Borquist, 20, of Rhinebeck with disorderly conduct at 1:26 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. Police said the charge stemmed from an altercation at Backstreet's bar. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Alexander Gruber, 23, of Centennial , Colo., with disorderly conduct - creating a hazardous condition at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Market Street after they observed him allegedly attempting to pull a chained bicycle away from a railing. He was released on an appearance ticket.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Megan O. Slater, 20, of Waterloo for speed in zone (45/30) following a traffic stop at 4:05 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.
