DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Ian Hendricks, 17, of 31 Ransom Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 9 p.m. Monday on Willow Street. Police said they responded to an initial complaint that a man had thrown an egg at a vehicle when he was walking through the Pizza Hut parking lot.
