OGDENSBURG — A 19-year-old Lisbon man was jailed Tuesday for allegedly breaking the arm of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son earlier this month.

Kenneth J. Morrow, 1069 Fulton Road, was arraigned Tuesday afternoon in City Court on a charge of felony second-degree assault. Judge William R. Small, who entered a not guilty plea on Mr. Morrow’s behalf, sent him to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $3,000 bail or $6,000 bond.

According to court documents, Mr. Morrow broke the child’s right arm Feb. 7.

The boy’s mother, Cheyanne S. Whiteford, 19, of 121 Belmont Courts, is facing a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, Ogdensburg police said.
