Ogdensburg police early Friday morning issued open container violation summonses to three people.

All three were cited in the 100 block of Oak Street at 1:53 a.m.

Charged were: Nicole M. LaRock, 30, of 714 Washington St.; David S. Gemmill, 49, of 215 Denny St.; and Robert F. Gould Jr., 46, of 33 Lincoln St., Canton.

Andrew A. Raven, 24, of 223 Madison Ave., was ticketed Thursday at 7:53 p.m. at Jay and Champlain streets for inadequate brake lights, city police reported.

Landis W. Warren, 18, of Norfolk, was issued a summons Thursday at 6:35 p.m. in the 100 block of State Street for no/inadequate exhaust, Ogdensburg police said.
