Mrs. Bonnie Susan MacDonald, 57 of Gaylesville, AL, passed away Monday, March 12th in Riverview Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, AL.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, March 18th at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Weiss Lake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 P.M. Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Daniel’s Chapel Methodist Church, c/o Ruth Brewster, 11460 AL Hwy 273, Cedar Bluff, AL 35959.

Survivors include her husband, Randy MacDonald; sons, Stephen J. Meyer II of Norfolk, NY and Erik J. MacDonald of Massena, NY; brothers, Ken (Val) Taylor of Daytona Beach, FL and Jeff (Laurie Smith) Elliot of Brasher Falls, NY; sister, Diane (Martin) Noel of Rochester, NY; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bonnie was a native of Rochester, NY, the daughter of the late Murray and Frances Pape Taylor, was a 1972 graduate of Massena Central High School and a 1985 graduate of Matter Dei College. She was a retired pharmacy tech and a member of the Daniel’s Chapel Methodist Church. Bonnie enjoyed attending car shows and “cruisings” and was a past secretary and treasurer of the Olde Car Club of Massena, NY.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Massena, NY.
