CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Ricky J. Hance, 49, of Fort Covington with criminal mischief following an incident reported at 2:41 p.m. Sunday from the town of Fort Covington. Troopers reported Hance was held in custody following his arrest.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police said Jesse F. Barr, 27, of Ogdensburg was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:08 a.m. Sunday on state Route 37 near the Brown Church Road in the town of Waddington.

AGGRAVATED DWI - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Charles L. Giordano, 56, of Potsdam with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 8:58 p.m. Saturday on state Route 56 in the town of Pierrepont.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Jeffrey P. Wilson, 28, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him speeding, operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and failure to notify the DMV of an address change following a traffic stop at 98:54 a.m. Saturday on County Route 39.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Jason M. Despaw, 22, of Norfolk with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for speed in zone and driving with an obstructed view following a traffic stop at 9:50 p.m. Saturday on County Route 38.
