WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Windall King, 30, of 191 Raquette Point Road, Hogansburg on a warrant for petit larcemy from local court and a county court warrant for criminal possession of a weapon. He was turned over to Massena-based state police and transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending an appearance on the county court warrant.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged James A. Delosh, 45. of Madrid with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 4 a.m. Sunday on Ransom Avenue.

UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Agnes M. Dawley, 87, of Massena for failure to yield the right of way when entering the roadway and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an incident at 4:49 p.m. Friday on Main Street.
