Darren Tarbell, 32, of 832 Ford St., Apt. 12, was arrested Friday at 9:36 p.m. for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, Ogdensburg police said. He was also arrested on a parole violation. He allegedly pushed a woman against a wall. He is set to appear in city court to answer the two charges on April 3. He was turned over to the St. Lawrence County Sheriffs Department for the probation violation.
