ASSAULT - MASSENA - A Roosevelttown man was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of the child, both class A misdemeanors and unlawful possession of marijuana following a domestic dispute at 10:15 p.m. Friday night in Massena. John W. Santarsiero, 38, allegedly punched his child’s mother while in the presence of the youngster. The investigation into the incident is pending.
