BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Spencer A. Konitsiotis, 34, of 96 North Main St., Massena, on a bench warrant at 6:07 p.m. Friday on Maple Street. The warrant, signed March 20 by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson, alleged Konitsiotis had failed to appear for a scheduled court appearance for harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released on his own recognizance to reappear April 17 in village court.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Terri L. McGregor, 23, of 94 Grantville Road, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 8:10 p.m. Friday. She allegedly shoplifted two hair spray containers and apackage of cherries from Price Chopper. The merchandise was valued at $18.69.
