MASSENA – Mr. Kevin J. Maginn, 58, of 167 County Route 46, passed away Friday evening, March 30, 2012 at Massena Memorial Hospital. Kevin was born October 20, 1953 in Massena, the son of the late Raymond and Irene Granger Maginn. He graduated from St. Lawrence Central School in 1971. Kevin served in the US Navy from 1973 until his discharge in 1975.

He worked at Alcoa until becoming disabled. Kevin enjoyed doing crafts, woodworking, glass etching, and cooking. He also enjoyed knitting, sewing, making quilts and traveling.

Kevin is survived by his partner of 33 years, Craig LeBarge of Massena and his brother, Patrick Maginn of Bangor.

He was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Craig Maginn, and his sister, Katherine LaBier.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held later in the spring at a time to be announced.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the SPCA or the American Cancer Society.
