POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Kara L. Mcgregor, 21, of 5508 state Route 56, Lot 13, Potsdam, with a felony count of second-degree forgery on Tuesday following an investigation into an incident in February when she allegedly forged and chashed a payroll check from an employee at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Ms. Mcgregor was arraigned before Potsdam Town Justice Sam Charleston and released under probation supervision.
