ASSAULT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Michael T. Neff, 26, of Akwesasne with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a complaint filed at 3:28 a.m. Wednesday from the town of Norfolk. Troopers said Neff was taken into custody at 5:55 a/,/ Wednesday at Massena Memorial Hospital. He was arraigned and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

IDENTITY THEFT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Arow James Simon, 20, of Fort Covington with first-degree identity theft Tuesday following an investigation into a complaint received at 3:12 p.m. April 4 from the town of Fort Covington. He was arraigned and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
