ASSAULT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Matthew V. Swinyer, 32, and Randy L. Parker, 18, both of St. Regis Falls, with third-degree assault Tuesday night following an investigation into an incident reported at 8:40 p.m. Monday from the town of Waverly. In an unrelated case, Parker was also charged with petit larceny stemming from an incident reported at 2:38 p.m. March 11 from the town of Waverly.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Justina L. Gardner, 16, of Constable with second-degree aggravated harassment (telephone) on Monday stemming from an incident reported at 10:30 a.m. April 12 from the town of Constable.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged a 7 year old Constable boy with criminal mischief Sunday afternoon. He was turned over to the probation department for a possible petition to Franklin County Family Court.
