DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Craig A. Huther, 21, of Potsdam with disorderly conduct Wednesday nigth following an investigation into an incident reported at 8:25 p.m. Saturday from the town of Potsdam. Joshua H. Waggoner, 22, of Potsdam had previously been charged with disorderly conduct in connection to that same incident.

DWI - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged David E. Black. 55. of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated following an incident at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday on the Sullivan Road in the town of Stockholm. Tri-Town Rescue had been called to the scene after a report of an unresponsive male in a van on the Sullivan Road. When troopers arrived on the scene, they reportedly determined Black was intoxicated.

DWI - MADRID - Canton-based state police charged Keith B. Benedict, 28, of Massena with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 310 near the border of the towns of Madrid and Norfolk.

DWI - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged Colby J. Phillips, 22, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for speeding following a traffic stop at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday on County Route 53 in the town of Brasher.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brion E. Brothers, 25, of Massena with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for a traffic control device violation following a traffic stop at 2:30 a.m. Thursday on state Route 37 in the town of Massena.

DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged James A. Wright, 58, of Constable with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an investigation into an accident that occurred at 12:10 a.m. Monday on state Route 30 near Stewart Drive in the town of Constable. Troopers said Wright was injured in the crash.
