Trevor M. Jameson, 17, of 721 New York Ave., was arrested by city police Tuesday at 3:50 p.m., on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a DNA fee. According to city police, Mr. Jameson failed to pay the fee after previously being charged for second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and petit larceny.

He was released on $15 bail and an appearance ticket returnable Thursday in city court.
