Lacroix, 16, of 941 Old Market Road, Potsdam; with unlawful possession of alcohol Thursday following an investigation into an incident reported at 1:32 a.m. Saturday.

DWAI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Jennifer M. Gooshaw, 28, of Norfolk with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:43 a.m. Friday on County Route 39 in the town of Louisville.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident that occurred at 3:59 p.m. Thursday in the parking lot near the Hannaford Store. The vehicles were operated by Melodie L. Rogers, 54, of Massena and Lawrence A. Tyo, 82, of Massena.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jonathan M. Buffham, 22, of 1078 County Route 35, Potsdam, with second-degree harassment following an incident reported at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Potsdam.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Mark J. Buffham, 39, of 456 Pollock Road, Canton, with petit larceny stemming from an incident reported at 8:15 a.m. Thursday from the town of Potsdam.
