Scottsville: Booth, William R., passed away April 17, 2012 at age 63. He was predeceased by his parents Earl (Roxy) and Dorothy Booth. He is survived by his wife Justine, sons; Brian (Eve) of Greenville, SC, Gregory (Nicole) of Rochester, brother; Richard (Sally) of Cape Vincent, sisters; Beverly (Peter) DeVries of Webster, Barbara (Phillip) White of Hamlin, four granddaughters; Aurora, Anja, Audrey, and Morgan Booth, and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was a graduate of Cape Vincent Central School, served a tour of duty in Vietnam, retired from Delphi Automotive, and was employed at Hahn Automotive before his illness. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman and an avid Syracuse basketball fan.

The family wishes to thank the VA hospice team in Canandaigua who provided such compassionate care and support. You made this final journey much easier for us all.

Family & friends may call at the J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, 26 Rochester St. Scottsville on Thursday April 26, from 4-7PM. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 28, at 5PM at the Cape Vincent United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The VAMC Hospice Volunteer Fund 1640, 400 Ft.
