STOLEN PROPERTY - MASSENA - Village police charged Francis T. Green, 34, of Parishville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 10:58 a.m. Sunday at the St. Lawrence Centre mall. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an incident reported at 11:50 a.m. March 10 from the town of Massena.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Allan M. LaPage, 23, of Brasher Falls with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident reported at 11 a.m. Saturday from the town of Stockholm.
MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Angel L. Laplante, 35, of Brasher Falls with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident reported March 8 from the town of Massena. Elizabeth Van Ells had been charged with the marijuana violation in connection with that same incident last week.
DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged April M. Burns. 25, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2 a.m. Sunday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. She was also ticketed for having an inadequate plate lamp.
ASSAULT - MASSENA - Malone-based state police charged Donald N. Genaway, 22, of 116 Trimm Road, St. Regis Falls, with third-degree assault following an investigation into a complaint reported at 8:45 p.m. April 16. Matthew Swinyer, 23, and Randy Parker, 18, both of St. Regis Falls, have previously been charged with assault in connection with that incident.
