CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM -Village police charged Kyle A. Strong, 20, of Groton, Mass., with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 2:30 a.m. Sunday after responding to a reported domestic dispute at Clarkson Universitys Powers dormitory. He reportedly damaged property in the victims room during the argument. He was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released on his own recognizance. The court issued a temporary order of protection.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Patrick S. Morrill, 21 of Webster with disorderly conduct-obstructing vehicular traffic at 1:47 a.m. Sunday after he reportedly jumped on to and rolled over the hood of a vehicle stopped at the traffic light on Raymond Street.
SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Joshua L. Caballero, 22 of Tennessee for speeding (45/30) at 10:48 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Market Street.

02:30am Domestic dispute at Clarkson University. Arrest made.
03:10am Reported drunk driver on Racquette Road. Patrol responded and was unable to locate.
09:30am The victim from the earlier domestic incident at Clarkson University was served with her order of protection at the police station, where it was explained to both her and her mother.
10:17am Village Police dispatched Potsdam Rescue to an ALS intercept call in Colton.
10:30am Village Police dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call on Elm Street in Norwood.
11:05am Village Police responded to a report of a woman sleeping in a vehicle that was parked running in the Raymond Street parking lot. She was determined to be fine upon the patrols arrival.
2:20pm Village Police received a report of vandalism to several exit signs in the Brooks Dormitory on the Clarkson University campus which occurred earlier this weekend.
1:57pm Village Police reissued a permanent disability parking permit to a town of Colton resident.
2:03pm Village Police served orders of protection, which were issued last night, to the principle parties of a domestic dispute that occurred on Friday.
3:19pm Village Police responded along with the Potsdam Fire Department to an unknown alarm at a local business.
5:10pm Village Police responded to the Midtown Apartment Complex to answer a noise complaint involving loud music coming from one of the apartments.
10:14pm Village Police were requested to respond to the Dollar General on outer Market Street by the Sheriffs Office for a burglar alarm. Patrols responded.
10:36pm Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call in Norfolk.
10:48pm Traffic stop. Ticket issued.
