Two men who were being combative early Sunday morning in the 900 block of Arsenal Street are summoned to City Court, according to Watertown police.

Zachary R. Laisdell, 22, of 14592 Route 11, Adams Center, and Freddie E. Colon, 21, Fort Drum, were attempting to fight with people, police said. Both are cited with disorderly conduct.
