WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Jessica E. Dodd, 32, and Darrell P. Dodd, 28, of 30 Corfnell Ave., Massena, Tuesday morning on bench warrants from the Ogdensburg City Police Department. They were turned over to Ogdensburg City Police for arraignments in city court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - A third juvenile has been charged for their role in vandaism that occurred last week in the St. Mary’s Church neighborhood. Village police charged a 14-year-old male with three counts of criminal mischief, three counts of making graffiti and one count of petit larceny. He was turned over to to the probation department for a possible petition to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
