DWI - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Edmund R. Graves, 70, of Waddington with driving while intoxicated and was ticketed for a right of way violation following a traffic stop at 7:11 p.m. Monday on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington.

PETIT LARCENY - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Jolyn E. Spaulding, 23, of Constable with petit larceny Monday following an investigation into a complaint received at 2 a.m. April 1 from the town of Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Snow, ice, rain and slushy road conditions led to a number of property damage accidents Monday morning. State police responded to three accidents in the area along with two in the town of Oswegatchie and one each in the towns if Lisbon, Macomb and Rossie.

Other accidents investigated by troopers included vehicles operated by:

■ Bruce J. Wells, 34, of Potsdam at 7:16 a.m. on County Route 16 in the town of Deklab.

■ Jason R. Black, 35, of Winthrop at 7:23 a.m. on state Route 11 in the town of Lawrence.

■ Paul E. Chapman, 43, of Moira at 7:34 a.m. in the town of Bombay.
