STOLEN PROPERTY - HOPKINTON - Canton-based state police charged Francis T. Green, 34, of Parishville with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into an incident reported March 7 from the town of Hopkinton.

STOLEN PROPERTY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged George H. Malone, 56, of Norfolk with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into a complaint received at 2:30 p.m. from the village of Massena.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Ronald A. Woods, 21, of Bombay with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday on Kibble Road in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police said Cynthia A. Fisher, 52, of North Bangor was involved in a property damage accident at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday on Route 11 in the town of Moira.
