Funeral service for Floyd M. Congdon, 80, of North Russell will be held Friday, April 27, 2012 at 1:00pm at the O’Leary Funeral Home, Canton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Floyd died on Monday, April 23, 2012 at home while under the care of Hospice.
