Christian L. Joanette, 25, of 917 Mansion Ave., was arrested Tuesday at 11:10 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

City police Tuesday at 9:22 a.m. reported that Darrell P. Dodd, 28, and his wife, Jessica E., 32, both of 30 Cornell Ave.. Massena, were arrested on city court bench warrants for failure to appear on charges of trespass. They were arraigned in city court and released on their own recognizance.

Joseph W. Montgomery, 57, of 516 Ford Ave., was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:21 a.m. for failure to comply with a directive, which Ogdensburg police said was related to a building permit.

Joshua P. LaFlair, 25, of 116 Gates St., was arrested Tuesday at 9:19 a.m. on a city court warrant or for first-degree criminal contempt. City police said the charge stemmed from an April 20 accusation of harassment by Ivan C. Brabant, 36, of 371 County Route 14, Rensselaer Falls. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,000 bail.

Joshua M. Ruud, 32, of 1118 Ford St., was ticketed Tuesday at 7:34 a.m. in the 500 block of Ford Street for uninspected motor vehicle, Ogdensburg police said.

Brittany M. Redmond, 17, of 822 Congress St., was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:37 a.m. on Congress Street for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police reported.
