MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Jason J. Malone, 33, of Massena with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and making an illegal signal following a traffic stop at 11:38 a.m. April 15 on the South Raquette River Road in the town of Massena.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Steven D. Leclair, 19, of Massena with criminal mischief, second-degree aggravated harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana following acomplaint filed with troopers at 3 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Norfolk.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police said Maryjo Lawrence, 56, of Malone struck a parked vehicle in The Final Cut parking lot in Moira at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police said Samantha E. Koolen, 26, of Constable was involved in a property damage accident at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 11B in the town of Dickinson.
