CANTON - The St. Lawrence County Board of Elections was still waiting for results from two of the county’s 102 election districts when they posted their most recent update of Tuesday’s presidential primary at 12:44 a.m. today.

Mitt Romney led the field with 771 votes followed by Ron Paul, 286; Newt Gingrich, 151; and Rick Santorum, 132.
