NEWTON FALLS — A Newton Falls man was arrested at 3:56 a.m. Wednesday by state police following a domestic dispute with the mother of his children.

Jonathan P. Goldie, 21, of 39 Wilsey Ave., is accused of breaking drywall and pushing the woman to the ground during an argument, troopers said. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He also was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having medication without a prescription, troopers said. He is to appear in Clifton Town Court. State police did not release any further information about the incident.
