Dennis R. Nichols, of 5379 County Route 6, Ogdensburg, called Ogdensburg police Wednesday at 12:47 p.m. to report that his motorcycle was vandalized while it was parked in the 100 block of Oak Street. No details on the vandalism were available, but Mr. Nichols reported that the bikes license plate was lost.

Thomas M. LaRose, 44, of 909 Lafayette St., was ticketed Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. at Park and Lafayette streets for unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police reported.

Arthur J. Parmeter Jr., 43, of 189 Dezell Road, Lisbon, was arrested Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. on city court warrant for three counts of first-degree criminal mischief. City police said the charges were related to domestic incidents. Mr. Parmeter is accused of making unwanted telephone calls to Ginger M. Parmeter, of 905 Elizabeth St., on April 12, to Robin L. Downey, of 522 Pine St., on March 29, and to an unidentified woman on Jan. 25.Mr. Parmeter was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail.

Carol A. Fiset-Barber, of 717 New York Ave., Apt. 2, called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 7:04 a.m. to report that her bicycle was stolen.
