DWI - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Deborah C. Peryer, 59, of Parishville with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop early Friday on state Route 72 in the town of Parishville. She was also ticketed for failing to signal when making a turn and charged with consuming an alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent, nearly double the 0.08 percent mark that constitutes a DWI charge.

She was released on an appearance ticket for May 15 in Parishville Town Court.

FORGED INSTRUMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Sarah J. Reagan, 19, of Massena with criminal possession of a forged instrument Thursday subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said Reagan was observed operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic device and was found to be in possession of a forged Pennsylvania driver’s license with her name and picture provided on the document, along with a false date of birth to make her appear older. She was also ticketed for texting while driving. Reagan was released on an appearance ticket for May 2 in Norfolk Town Court.
