DWAI DRUGS - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police charged Thomas J. LaBrake, 20, of Canton with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a stop at 7:37 p.m. Friday on state Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur. He was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Troopers said his held status was cash bail.
