CANTON — A Gloversville man pleaded guilty to two counts of felony fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance Friday in St. Lawrence County Court.

Samuel Sydow, 23, of 9 Spruce St., Gloversville, said he sold cocaine twice on Feb. 3, 2010, in the village of Canton.

Mr. Sydow may face incarceration if recommended by the Probation Department in a presentence investigation report. But as part of the plea, Mr. Sydow may have his attorney, Brian Pilatzke, Canton, argue any sentence recommendation.
