Signups for the 2012 Falls Sports physicals will begin at OFA effective Monday, April 30.

Students athletes entering grades 7-12 who wish to participate in fall sports (Cheerleading, Cross-Country, Football, Soccer, Swimming, and Volleyball) have until Friday, May 25th to sign up in the High School nurses office and receive clearance from the school physican.
