PETIT LARCENY - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Stephen J. Monroe, 26, and Danny S. French, 22, both of Fort Covington, with petit larceny early Sunday morning following an investigation into an incident reported at 2:26 a.m. Sunday from the town of Malone.
AGGRAVATED DWI - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Alvin M. Smith, 18, of Dickinson Center with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. Sunday on County Route 8 in the town of Moira. Smith was also ticketed for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to signal and failure to keep right.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police reported one injury in a two-vehicle accident at 7:31 p.m. Saturday on state Route 95 near County Route 9 in the town of Bombay. The vehicles were operated by Daniel J. Heely, 20, of Fort Covington and Bradley M. Bordeau, 35, of Port Henry.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police said Joshua S. Allen, 26, of Brusthon investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 1:19 p.m. Sunday in a private driveway at 1109 Route 32 in the town of Fort Covington.
