TRESPASS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Andy Groulx, 24, of Rockland, Ont., with trespassing at 2:01 a.m. Saturday at McDuff’s on Market Street. Police said they observed Groulx reenter the establishment after he had been asked to leave. He was charged with a second count of trespassing at 2:22 a.m. after an officer observed Groulx reenter McDuff’s.

STOP SIGN VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kerrie E. Cline, 20, of Tuxedo Park for failure to stop for a stop sign following a traffic stop at 5:52 p.m. Saturday after an officer reportedly observed the violation at Walnut and Market streets.
